There are (so) many tenets that make for a good front-end engineer. But ethics drive my beliefs. The code needs to be clean. It should work for everyone. And you should know when to ask for help.

I was hired as the first user experience designer at the University of Northern Colorado in 2018 on their Web Communications team, where we (only two of us towards the end!) directly supported over 360+ individual web authors across campus maintaining a little over 100 different websites.
